Sonia - Salon Owner
Bought the Salon in January 2011, her skills are Management, Team Building and Marketing. Sonia has set up several successful businesses in the UK and absolutely loves working at Unqiuely You. She has bought some fresh ideas to the Salon and has recently steered the team through a major refurb of the beauty premises with Hair next on the agenda. Sonia enjoys a challenge and is looking forward to the next stage at Uniquely You. In her spare she enjoys sleeping, resting, eating, swimming and spending time with her husband, family and five grand children as well as taking her Chocolate Labrador dog Wilf for long walks.
Laura - Senior Beauty Therapist
Qualified to Beauty NVQ Level 2 & 3 at Lewes College 9 years ago. Joining Uniquely You 7 years ago Laura has built up a fantastic clientele base. She enjoys being busy, her favourite treatments are Nail Care, Facials and Waxing. Laura specialises in Hollywood, Brazilians, Crystal Clear Facials, CACI & Dermalogica Treatments and Marvel Lash extensions. In her spare time Laura enjoys reading, going to the gym, the cinema and socialising with friends.
Lauren - Beauty Therapist
Qualified to Beauty Level NVQ 2 & 3, 11 years ago. Lauren joined Uniquely You 9 years ago and has a loyal clientele base. She really enjoys all aspect of her work especially CACI and Dermalogica treatments, Crystal Clear facials and Jessica Nail Care, including GELeration manicures and St Tropez tanning. When Lauren is not working she loves to spend her time with family, friends and going to the gym and enjoying an active outdoor life.
Clair - Beauty Therapist
Qualified to Beauty NVQ Level 2, 10 years ago. Clair joined Uniquely You in 2011 and has quickly established a loyal clientele base. Clair is trained in CACI and Dermalogica treatments, Jessica Nail Care including GELeration, Advanced Intimate Waxing which she feels in her speciality. Clair also has a vast product knowledge of Dermalogica, Crystal Clear and CACI. In her spare time Clair likes to spend time with her family, friends and socialising.
Deb - Beauty Therapist
Qualified in Beauty & Holistic Therapy nine years ago joining Uniquely You in 2011. Deb specialises in CACI & Dermalogica treatments, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage as well as having vast experience of providing all the Beauty services we provide. In her spare time Deb enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading and long walks alongside the beach.
Hettie - Beauty Therapist
Studied at Brighton City College gaining a Beauty NVQ 2 & 3 in 2007. Hettie joined Uniquely You in 2011. Hettie enjoys all aspects of beauty therapy and treatments specialising in CACI & Dermalogica treatments, Jessica Nail Care, GELeration, Massage and Threading. In her spare time she enjoys socialising with friends and spending time with her family. Hettie also enjoys going to the gym and taking her pet dog on long walks.
Ellen - Head Senior Stylist
Ellen completed her Hair NVQ Level 2 & 3 in 2004, and has been a member of the Uniquely You team since 2010. Ellen recently took a four month sabbatical to go travelling returning to the Salon in March 2012 in her new role as Head Senior Stylist. She has a passion for Bridal and Special Occasion hair styles and will work with clients to achieve their desired look. In her spare time Ellen enjoys going to the Gym and spending time with friends and family.
June - Senior Hair Stylist
Completed her Hair NVQ 2 & 3 at Brighton & Hove City College ten years ago. June completed her apprenticeship at Uniquely You before becoming a permanent member of staff. June has a loyal clientele base and has a passion for cutting and colouring hair. In her spare time June loves to swim, long walks and going on short trips. She also enjoys cooking and looking after her beautiful daughter.
Gemma - Senior Hair Stylist
Joined Uniquely You in 2012. Gemma has been in the hairdressing environment from school and completed her Hair NVQ 2 & 3 ten years ago. Gemma has gained special acknowledgement for her colour and cutting techniques and is really looking forward to meeting new clientele. In her spare time Gemma loves spending time with her family, friends as well as dancing and looking after her wonderful son.
Caroline - Senior Hair Stylist

Jax - Junior Hair Stylist
Qualifying at the tender age of 27 Jax completed her Hair NVQ Level at Look Fantastic in July 2011 following a career in the dance and fitness industry. She joined Uniquely You as a permanent member of staff and is loving every minute of it. Jax is concentrating on building her clientele base as well as supporting the Senior Stylists in the Salon. Jax is confident in a vast majority of basic hair cutting and colouring techniques and specialises in applying Human Hair Extensions. Rachel - Receptionist
Rachel joined the team in 2008, she really enjoys the atmosphere in the salon, catching up with clients and meeting new faces. If you are wanting to know anything about Uniquely You and the services we provide then please do not hesitate to call Rachel. In her spare time Rachel likes spending time with family and friends. Rachel also really enjoys competing at County Level shows with her two horses.
